So I finished this last week Thursday, and I had a blast. No idea why I put the game down last time. Here are my ending stats: Not sure why some squad members have as many drops as Nikola. Does the game simulate them performing alternate missions at the same time? Also, there were a few weapons I didn't really find particularly useful: Smoke Grenade: Too tactical for Terra Nova Railgun: Too weak Thermal Disruptor: Ditto SIR Mark IV: Too unpredictable; unimpressive after the Missile Launcher. Let me know if you guys thought differently. Similarly for the ASF: Jump Jet Booster: Normal jets aren't enough? Universal Backup: I never found system damage caused me too much trouble. When it did, I typically died immediately after anyhow. EM Dampener: May be useful for Stealth Missions. I forgot to use it (see my earlier post), so I'm not sure how much difference it makes. Mine Layer: Enemies walk around the mines anyhow, and Bomber drones can smoke you if you are laying when any are nearby. And special skills: Anyone find a use for manually laying demolition charges? Does the "Scout Here" skill do anything different than an ordinary move order? Did anyone actually rewire a turret with an Electronics expert? Turrets are fairly weak to begin with.

Haven't had the chance to start yet (personal issues and apparently the "awr matey" file was taken down). Kind of scared though because apparently this game features one of my phobias - a gruesome game over. I'm definitely going off on a rant about these in the podcast.

Butts are surprisingly hard to do in pixels...

Just listened to the podcast. Thanks for the "Tips Master" title, guys. Though I'm surprised nobody noticed that the full game ALSO tracks the number of trees destroyed. However, it only reports this in the end stats when you finish the campaign. Check out my screenshot above .

I think I did correct them later on, though it may have been over the chatbox and not vocally, so that's probably why it didn't get into the final podcast.
