Super Excited for this. If you guys have a guide to get it to work that'd be awesome. I need to compile Chu-teng,sato stuff,Necrobius and garage into a huge file.

Here's how I got it running:
-Install Windows XP SP1 in VirtualBox
-Change to 16 bit display.
-Go to Control Panel > Regional and Language Options
-Click the Languages tab
-Tick "Install Files for East Asian Languages"
-Click Details under "Text Services and Input Languages"
-Click advanced then tick "Extend Support of Advanced Text Services to all Programs"
-Click OK
-Click the advanced tab of the Regional and Language Options window
-Change "Language for non-unicode Programs" to Japanese.
-Hit apply and restart.
Works perfectly after that. Though I've also heard that it runs OK in Windows 7, provided you have the Japanese language pack installed.

I can attest to it running on Windows 7 with the Japanese language, though I haven't played it for any protracted length of time to see whether it's stable.
