Just to be clear, it's difficult to understand exactly what is happening from an outsiders perspective. PonkBlombers has stated that he is going to make High-quality scans of the manual and Jewel case, but I don't think it's been clearly stated that he is going to make a Rip of the game afterwards.
I'm just looking for some clarity that we will all get the chance to play this amazingly messed up game.

He also stated that he's not going to buy it and that he wishes luck to the winning bidder. cc0 may end up getting it after all. Slightly off topic, but I wonder if cc0 has received the Mac version of Eastern Mind that I helped him find a couple of weeks ago? |

Hey its sitting in a warehouse im still getting things consolidated, but i saw photos of it and its legit. Will rip it when i get my hands on it.
Whether or not garage comes through, We have to wait 12 hours to see what happens

So is this the original release? From the website it looked like there was a rerelease. I guess we won't know until the ISO and scans come in. It was rereleased in 2004 (alongside the even rarer private edition), but I'm sure it retained the original box art and copyright info. |

Yeah figured it was a dummy bid, if someone wanted to actually buy it they would load up another bit of yen rather than bid against my public bid? Ive set up a mini fundraiser between the previous bid on it to my bid. It could have came from anywhere as this ordeal was spammed over a few sites. Just going to clamp down on generosity really. Will take my time with the Chu Teng release, was really excited to get it out there but now im just gonna be all that more selfish. Depends how long it takes to be reimbursed.
I was going to release it after a period of time, but now ill leave it up to everyone else.
When I get it ill post pictures and oodles.
And yeah its not the cheapest service i have used, but its all around 19-21% between fees and commission.
I was meant to use their sniping service, and ended up using the wrong order. so thats pretty lame.

What service did you end up using, out of curiosity?
EDIT: also caught up on the 4chan thread. Some people are taking this way too fucking seriously. I hope they continue to do so because it's kind of really funny.
