I actually had a Christmas related game for the Stream, but it looks like it wont work for Windows 7 computers. Its an old obscure freeware Finnish adventure game where you're a hungover Santa Claus who has to fix the toy machine and save Christmas.
It would have probably been too confusing anyway, since the whole game is in Finnish.

COMING SATURDAY, MARCH 22ND, 9 PM EST/8 PM CST... GAME CLUB 199X PRESENTS: PLEASE REGISTER YOUR SHAREWARE Next Saturday, fire up NetZero, crank up your Linkin Park MIDIs, and check ICQ for the next GC9X livestream! This time around, we're focusing on the many, many shareware games floating across the internet, and we'll be getting together taking a look at them! The good... The bad... And my favorite type, the strange and obscure! Using the combined powers of DOSBox for DOS games and Oracle VM VirtualBox for Windows 95, 98, and beyond, we'll be playing through 1,000 GREAT GAMES!* I'm busy gathering up any shareware compliation CDs I can find, so that together we can see what kind of stuff we can find on these things. So, while I'm collecting games, if you have any special requests, PLEASE put them in the thread, so I can collect them and play them live on stream for you! It all begins Saturday, March 22nd, 10 PM EST! But remember, you can only watch us 5 more times before you have to pay for our extra features. (Note: This is not actually true. ...Yet.) * We won't actually play 1,000 games. And they're not all great. We can't even promise all of these will work.

Are you guys going to be running a Mac OS 7/8 virtual machine as well? I've got like a billion and a half suggestions for old Mac shareware, from the really great to the hilariously awful.
As for PC stuff, some games that spring to mind immediately include:
Realmz - A shareware cRPG. The main release was for MacOS, but there is a Windows version as well. It's a genuinely good PnP-style tile-based cRPG that even includes a full game editor in the full version. It's similar to Spiderweb Software's Blades of Exile and Blades of Avernum, but less well-known, so it could be an interesting game to look at. Pretty sure the game is still being sold to this day!
Scorched Earth - The artillery game. Worms can suck it, Scorched Earth is where it's at.
Jetpack - Kind of similar to Lode Runner, Jetpack is a single-screen action/maze game about collecting crystals to open the exit to a stage, while grabbing as much gold as you can and avoiding enemies and hazards. The twist? You have a goddamn jetpack motherfucker. This one is really fun! It's freeware these days, but used to be shareware if memory serves. Very good game!

Sorry, Mac stuff is a huge pain in the butt to get running. And in my experience, once it does, I've had a ton of times it'll randomly crash and completely stop working. Forever. I'd seriously love to play Mac games on this, but the emulation is just way too unstable. That said, I can write down your other suggestions right now. Thanks!

The original author has been struggling to get a sequel out for years now. Apparently he's really really close! He also did a puzzle game called Squarez that might be kind of nice for two players. I'm drawing something of a blank on other options. How about something from the old Soleau or Moraff catalog? Some of that was kind of nifty. Or perhaps ol' Fun Ball?

They aren't games exactly, but if you can find the Windows versions of now-defunct Freeverse Software's Jared: The Butcher of Song, or Simstapler, those would be funny as hell to show off.
EDIT: Also, holy shit at Jetpack 2 actually being on the horizon. That game was announced to be in development like a decade or so ago and I had long since assumed it to be vaporware.
EDIT 2: A couple more games that may be worth demonstrating:
Galactix - This is not a good game, but they can't all be winners, right? An utterly awful single-screen shmup that will become repetitive within the first few levels, and it never gets any better. I managed to endure up to wave 30 and there are never more than 5 enemies per level, and what seems to be like four different enemy types total. This game is just hilariously terrible.
Krypton Egg - A decent Arkanoid clone. My main gripe is that the controls for adjusting the ball's angle are super clunky, as your paddle has to be moving with/against the direction of the ball when it connects with the paddle to alter the angle of the bounce unlike just using the edges of your paddle like in other brickout-style games. It has some decent levels though, and a few entertaining gimmicks... the second level is a screen filled with bricks that looks like it's going to be a huge slog, until you start and quickly realize that EVERY SINGLE BRICK drops either a powerup that spawns an additional ball on the field, or increases the size of any existing balls.
EDIT 3: Apparently the developer of Galactix is the same developer that made Raptor: Call of the Shadows, a game that is actually good. Mind. Blown.

I'd also suggest The Last Eicchof, the most ridiculous freeware shmup I've ever seen. Bobinator probably already knows the game I'm talking about; for the rest of y'all I won't spoil the surprise.
