Sorry if I haven't been posting too often. I see there is still interest, but my takeover of the board has died down. You guys do your thing. Beyond posting and spreading the word. I can't do much more. Don't worry I'll stick around and if I can I will try to post about necrobius somewhere else. It's so awesome we finally have it!
I hope Azuritereaction does soem videos on it! Thanks guys! Still waiting for garage though and Labryinthe and Zeddas

I just bought a copy of Zeddas off Yahoo Auctions last night, so whenever I get that, I'll rip and upload it.
Labryinthe is just a puzzle. I'm still not entirely certain it was officially released, info about it is THAT uncommon.

On the subject of horribly obscure surreal adventure games that are no longer available, does someone know what exactly happened to Bad Milk? The official website is still up, and actually copies of the game are relatively easy to find for download, but it's not clear why something so well-regarded has otherwise been erased from availability.

Still waiting for garage though and Labryinthe and Zeddas Got it and planning to stream it after I get back from vacation... ...but man, this game could really use a walkthrough, haha. I didn't know how to play something on a piano at one point and it *permanently* locked me out of that area after telling me I'd goofed around too much!

Could you possibly PM me Daniel's email? I'd like to ask him if he would be up for making a rudimentary strategy guide for the game. I'll be streaming this game soon to hundreds (and eventually thousands) of people, and I'd want to get people to experience and see as much as possible of the game, so having something to help me out if I get stuck (and I will) would be great.

I actually emailed him a short while ago regarding that very thing (the possible provision of some sort of strategy guide), will let you guys know if anything comes of it. Let me know if you would still like his email address anyway and I'll happily PM it to you (so long as you promise not to bother him too much, after all, it's his business email and I'd hate to be responsible for an influx of Necrobius related mail cluttering up his work inbox).

I'd probably want it just so I could let em know when my stream/series of it is going up Figured he'd get a kick out of it getting broadcasted to people after all these years.

Awesomeman I may have missed the stream date, but I'm looking forward to the youtube videos if I did. Could you send me a pm with the link to your stream. I have no idea what it is.
Also Garage has been found so I'm happy, though I really don't want to fiddle with it my self. I don't know how to personally get it to work yet.

Thanks to Kurt I am playing Zeddas 2 on Windows 3.1 running in DOSBox. This one looks a little more polished than its predecessor, and the movement is less tedious. There are constant battles as well that makes exploration more exciting. I also bumped into this character who jabbers away in Kansai: Although my Japanese is limited I will try my best to get through it and provide an article for this game too.

Hooray! It definitely won't work on 64-bit Windows 7. But I just tried the game on my XP machine and it got through the intro cinemas but froze somewhere along the line. I think that may have been my shoddy CD drive though. If anyone else wants the ISO, I uploaded it here: www.hardcoregaming101.net/horrortour/ht2.zipThe manual lists the full credits, I'm going to search around to see if any of these folks have presence on the internet. I can't find the main directors/artists though (Yoshio Kawasaki and Yayoi Yamada).

If it's the part I think you're referring to where the screen is black after the first video you have to click in order for the next one to play. I have no idea why it just doesn't go to the next video automatically.

Hey everyone, got another update for you: Daniel Auld has replied to my email regarding a walkthrough/strategy guide for Necrobius and has sent me the closest thing he had to one, ie. "a scanned copy of a combination product vision and scenario descriptions document". At 48 pages, it's full of information on the game, such as the backstory, production notes, as well as in-depth rundowns of each level and how to progress through them. www.mediafire.com/?xhfsesri1g061p2Big, big thanks to Daniel Auld for pulling through for us yet again!
