But most of all, there was a ton of versions for systems we didn't even know about back then. I think this is now the article with by far the most versions in a single screenshot comparison, although some of it are different graphic modes on the same system. And it was apparently before the forums, so here is a new thread!

I still think it's one of the more interesting "Full Circle" situations in gaming that back in the NES era, Bandai was publishing ports/re-interpretations of Namco's games (Xevious, Galaga, Dig Dug 2, Dragon Spirit...)
Right up there with the Midway/WB situation.

Once again, kudos for updating my original article in a sensible manner - lots of info added on obscure home computer versions, too, which is a good thing.
