So, yeah... title says all. I began using FamiTracker six months ago, and I sucked. I sucked bad. I mean REALLY bad. Fortunately, I've vastly improved in my compositional skills. So, I've attached a link to my most recent work thus far. (I'll update this post as desired.)

Good stuff. I started messing around with Fami Tracker recently so it's good to see what can be done with it.

Good stuff. I started messing around with Fami Tracker recently so it's good to see what can be done with it. Yep. FamiTracker is pretty good. Extremely accurate, and has an easy-to-use interface that makes it really comprehensible. You also get to use all the sound expansion modules (Japan-only, the North American and European NES systems only allowed the regular five channels to be utilized), save the Sunsoft 5B. (And, actually, it's going to be implemented in the stable 0.5.0. build, although I'm not sure when it'll come out.) Also, I'm intrigued to hear what this community has made with FamiTracker. I'm new here, but I've been at the FamiTracker forums for a while. I'd like to hear what others have made.

Fami Tracker REALLY reminds me of ReNoise... and that can only mean good things. Good job! Oh, and welcome, of course. Don't be shy, contribute! Welcome.

That melody part from 14 seconds to 34 seconds is a bit straight forward as far as rhythm goes. I am aware of the limitations of the NES, but a countermelody (arpeggiated, falling chords, preferably) would probably spice things up quite a bit here (Mega Man does this quite a bit; see Mega Man 7's Wily Stage 3 for the first example that pops to my head).
Other than that, very cool track! Reminds me of Mega Man 5, style-wise.
