I just saw the animated movie and Its pretty awesome. The only down thing was it was Subtitles. I remember seeing the live action one on Si-Fi Chanel a few years back. Its really cool how he blows peoples heads off by pushing preassure points. Any recomendations on something Similar?

Fist of the North Star is my favorite thing ever. There's nothing quite like it, though you might enjoy Vampire Hunter D... which was released around the same time I think and has that old school hyper violent anime charm. Devilman is also recommended. I've heard Violence Jack is sort of similar to FotNS, but I haven't seen it.

If you don't know, FotNS by Arc System Works is coming out on the Japanese PS2 in late March. Just think of Guilty Gear and you get the idea - it looks fantastic...though there's none of the exploding heads as far as I know.
Unfortunately, not much of new anime TV series is as violent as that one, as are the more recent OVAs. There's the New Fist of the North Star OVAs (I wasn't sure if you were talking about this or the old '80s movie), and a sequel to that has been announced, though it hasn't come out yet.

Is the manga released here? And if so, which stores carry it?

The master edition is the one with color right? The best part of the movie was how gorey the people died, expecaly heart, and his brother the one with the steel bars on his head. But I must say that Kenshiro is a badass

Gutsoon is the publisher, but they folded up shop after they released a couple volumes of FotNS and Fist of the Blue Sky a couple of years ago, and haven't been heard from since.
There is a site where you can download scanlations of them out there, though, and it's really, really good stuff.

If you like FotNS, you'll love the original Ninja Scroll OVA. It's a great classic violent anime with some nudity mixed in and great action scenes. From what I've heard, don't even bother with the series, though.

Ninja Scroll is awesome I got the VHS from my brother when he moved out a few years back. I lent it to some one over the summer that lives in ohio.

Are there any good Hokuto No Ken console/handheld games? I've had the Gameboy one for ages, I think it was my first fighting game, and it kind of sucks

There are a couple of Super Famicom RPGs. I haven't played them, but how hard can it be to make a decent RPG?
There is a Mega Drive HnK game which came out in the US as Last Battle but was censored. It's really a fun game once you get used to the controls.
The PSX game is an awesome beat em up with stunning graphics that tells the first half of the HnK story (up until Ken defeats Raoh). It's very cool.

There are a couple of Super Famicom RPGs. I haven't played them, but how hard can it be to make a decent RPG? Well...being it's a FotNS game, it's pretty hard. Which is why it's so crazy that the upcoming fighter looks so good. FotNS, like most other anime to game crossovers, has a nasty rep for being absolute piece of crap (see numerous pachinko games, Last Battle, etc. etc.).
