Frameskip/fast forward/fps unlimiter in Project 64 2.2?

I couldn't find a readme or manual (it's just a blank page on the official site) so I'm wondering what the hotkey is, or where setting is.

Enter the options, bind the fastforward key to wherever you want.

Ok so it's towed away under options>shortcuts>while game is playing>system menu or options menu; they don't display in the tabs.

However, neither FPS display nor FPS limiter work, only speed up (+) and slow down (-). Doesn't seem like there's a reset speed option either.
