Found this one listening to Ys's soundtrack. I think the original belongs to another Falcom game (Asteka II) and was replaced by Feena's harmonica in the other versions (which is <30 but doesn't loop).

Final stage from Shinobi - it just sounds agressive and intimidating, and is a very fitting theme for a creepy-ass dungeon maze full of enemies.
