RDR2: Should I wait?

Been debating whether to pick up RDR2 for the PS4 or wait for a potential PC release.
It just irritates the shit out of me how history is repeating itself with this series AGAIN, I wound up not playing the first game to completion until 2017 because of waiting for a PC release that never came.
Come the fuck on Rockstar, why can't you at least be honest with what's going on, tell us if one if happening even if you don't want to give a timetable or at least give us a vague timetable, it's downright cruel for them to be totally silent, seems like a scummy tactic to get gamers to buy the game twice, which is doubly scummy when you're talking a story based game like RDR2 (though I could just replay the game, experiencing the story for the first time is something that will only happen once)
Normally I wouldn't care that much because after giving up I thought RDR1 was just fine on the 360, but part of the problem is how today the line between console and PC is blurrier, not everyone is going to get the same experience depending on whether you have a PS4/Pro or a One/X and since I only have a vanilla PS4 I'll know I'll get an inferior experience to what's possible, whereas I would be getting a better experience on PC.
That is if it comes out at all or doesn't take forever, I'd hate to wait another year or more especially since it's not a guarantee it'll even happen at all.
I've chewed over this for months and now that I'm almost out of time I basically can't make a decision, I feel like whatever I do I'm gonna get screwed over, so I'm leaving it in the hands of fate, I trust your judgment so tell me ladies and gentlemen of HG101, what should I do?
