Uploading ROMs to romsites

I don't know if this is the best place to ask about it, or even if I'm allowed to ask this, but it's the only place I know of.
Some context: I spent a couple of days trying to find ISOs of the Japanese versions of the first two Spyro the Dragon games, since I'd always heard that they made some major changes to the controls and camera (to the games' detriment, it seems) and I was curious to know more. However, it turned out they're really hard to find online at the moment. They used to be on EmuParadise, but they've taken down all their ROMs, and throughout the dozen or so romsites I looked through, the only other one that had them was CoolRoms - which forces you to download a goddamn internet browser before it lets you do so!
However, I did eventually manage to find ISOs for the two games and I can confirm that they do work. But now that's got me thinking: considering how hard it is to find these two games (which aren't even terribly obscure given they're based on one of the most widely recognized PS1 franchises), I want to try and upload these ISOs to romsites to make it easier for other people to find in the future. Thing is, I don't really know how to do that, and I'd like some help with getting a better understanding. Specifically, which sites allow people to upload ROMs, and are there requirements you have to fulfill before uploading (e.g. being a registered member of the site)?
I'm well aware that I'm asking people to tell me how to upload an illegally downloaded pair of games onto the internet so that I can make it easier for other people to illegally download them. I'm not going to deny this is piracy for a second. The only defense I can make for myself is that I simply want these two games, which could otherwise vanish into the ether if something ever happens to CoolRoms, to be more accessible to those who want to check them out. They deserve to exist somewhere for people to discover, not to be lost to time. That's been quite harder for numerous games as of late, and I feel that since I'm in a position to do something about these two games at least, I should try... something.
Again, this isn't a justification or an excuse if I do decide to go through with this. You do your thing, and I'll do mine - which in this case is to wait and see what people suggest in this thread. If this topic isn't allowed on this forum, then feel free to take it down. Thank you, and have a good day.
