I had a bunch of old game magazines(some from 2005!) outside that got rained on and are soaking wet with no mold developing yet. I currently have them inside drying. Anything else I should do? There's got to be someone else on here that had the same problem.

If they're glossy, I would be concerned about the pages sticking together. Unfortunately I don't know exactly what you would do to prevent that. You could try sticking paper towel between the pages, for instance, but then I doubt the magazines will close flatly again once they're dry. Still, better than the alternative.

They will stick to the magazine paper if they dry together. Unfortunate, unless you're able to fan out the magazine and allow each sheet of paper to not be close to another, then you'll probably have a lot of sheets stuck to one another. Or you're going to have to do a lot of nursing. Get a fan and a hair dryer and just go page by page drying it out.
