I haven't paid attention to them recently, but I heard someone say that Capcom doesn't take their time in developing their games anymore. They now rush through everything, making them so glitchy and unplayable.
Is this true?

No. At least from a PS4 owner's perspective, dunno about their PC ports.

The newest thing from Capcom I played recently are Monster Hunter World and Street Fighter V. I would hardly call either "rushed" or "glitchy." Although, these are established franchises, the gameplay is pretty much polished with very good difficulty balance. At the same time Monster Hunter World has been getting loads and loads of updates and added content. Gorgeous looking extra content, I might add.

SF5 was definitely rushed. So rushed that it didn't even have a 1-player mode.

I think they wanted it to be out in time for it to be in EVO 2016. I never got it, but I remember SFV having a super messy launch.
