What does this translate out to? It always appeared on the back of early Famicom games published and/or developed by Nintendo from 1983 to 1985. Hudson Soft and Konami also had variants of this packaging.

A very rough translation, but basically it says:
Caution
Do not use or store under extreme temperature conditions. Avoid shock, never disassemble.
Do not get exposed metal part dirty or clean with water. Will cause failure.

I really liked that different companies had different cassette covers for Famicom cartridges. Konami and Bandai particularly had pretty distinct Famicom cartridges.
iago's translation is pretty spot on.
My kanji's pretty bad, but I can tell you that the first circle blurb reads:
Cassette ni tsuite no onegai (Please, in regards to the cassette[game cartridge]
