To explain the premise of this thread, I'm going to start us off with a single image: Now, once you've regained your composure and begun to argue that 'The Ultimate Stuntman' released in 1990, it is pretty clear that the 80's were still alive within this cover. The oversized muscles; the suggestive weaponry; a car no man could reasonably afford. The only thing that's not oversized here is this gentleman's areolas. It all speaks to that male power fantasy that revolved around these ideas. This is the decade that brought us Rambo, Predator and Schwarzenegger as Conan the Barbarian. Please post any other game covers that accentuate the 80's stylings, whether actually from the 80's or not. They don't specifically have to revolve around male muscles, nor shirtlessness. Anything with leg warmers or any prominent stylings of the time would also fit. The more amusing the better.

The laser grid found on a lot of early Capcom games looks very 80s to me and I think it's pretty slick looking too - I liked how different companies would have an in house style for their box art in the early days of the NES - the Capcom grid, Konami silver, Nintendo black box etc

Grid, 1980's Conan-wannabe art. Bad Dudes (VS Dragon Ninja) - Michael Dudikoff could have definitely been in a live-action version of Bad Dudes, coming fresh off the set of the American Ninja series.
