None that I know of, but my humble knowledge consists mainly of looking up GameFAQS *cough*
EDIT: A second look yields "Sonic Spinball", but that game isn't a fully classified Pinball game, is it?

Casino Games has a really crappy pinball game, and that's the only one I know of. I guess you'll have to stick to Gameboy and Turbo GrafX...

Intellivision has one that is quite colorful despite being completely bland.

Penguin Land isn't really pinball. Coincidentally I got it for the first time recently and it is fun, but not pinball. youtube.com/watch?v=7t7zPOAW0YI This should give you an idea. Sort of like Mr. Driller. The Sega Ages/arcade iteration is featured at 3:37.
