For SSF, you need a CPU with the SSE2 instruction set. That means no support for Athlon XP CPUs, among other old series; however, most fairly recent CPUs, that Sempron 3000+ included, do have SSE2. (There's SSE3 and SSSE3 as well, and with the advent of the Penryn chips, the latest instruction set is now SSE4. I wonder if they'll throw in a SSE5 in with Nehalem...)
All of that out of the way, does anyone know if SSF has support for the analog gamepad? I can't tell for sure, as the input section of the Options window doesn't seem to explicitly list it; furthermore, whenever I try to bind my controls by clicking a button in that window, I just get a small, blank popup window.

This might be a late response, but whatever. I've been trying to boot Panzer Dragoon Saga on SSF, but I keep getting "Saturn disc unsuitable for system" warning. I've tried burning the image, as well as using CDMAGE to repair it. No luck so far. Any idea on what the problem could be? The disc image might be messed up, either from a bad rip or a botched repair. Check to see if the bootstrap is missing. Open up the image file in any old hex editor. If you see something like "SEGA SEGASATURN" in the first couple of lines, then it should be fine, and fiddling around with region settings as suggested previously should work. If you just see a bunch of lines of nothing (tons of zeros in hex), then the bootstrap is missing and you'll probably need to grab another image.

Kind of related to his, but I've been trying to burn snesorama.us/board/showthread.php?t=9016 that on a regular CD-R and using the Swap trick to boot it off (I know there's a mod chip, But I'm playing it safe so far...) No dice at all with the trick. Can anyone run through burning it and etc?
