$500? I understand some of these are rare, but don't you think that's going a bit overboard? Let me think here...
We'll assume $60 for the two Lunars. That comes to $120. The FF collections have been going for around $30 new, so $60 comes to $180. FF Tactics has recently been only fetching around $20, so $200 there. The Suikodens I can understand, what with their limited print run, so I'll assume $60 for those too - $320. Persona 2? Eh, $50 can work for that - $370. And Tactics Ogre...for it to add up to $500, you'd need to be charging around $130 for it. But what I've been seeing it go for? $50 at most.
So unless that's coming to an $80 shipping charge...$500 seems a little spendy. I'm not exactly an appraiser...but I'd like to see how you calculated those. Because it seems like your figure of $650 to buy these individually is dubious at best - no offense intended.

No offense taken. Actually, I'm glad you responded, but I take issue with a few of your figures. I think Suikoden I and II are going for a little higher than $60 apiece; most ebay listings show them in the $80-$200 range depending on the condition. Ditto for Tactics Ogre, which doesn't often go for less than $80.
On the whole I agree with you. The Lunars, even in very good condition, only going for $60 at best; the FF collections are used and widely available, so I think $15 each is probably closer to the correct price; Persona 2:EP isn't widely available, but neither is it in high demand, so I'd put it at $35; and Final Fantasy Tactics has recently been re-released in an improved form on a modern system, so I think I'd be lucky to get $10 for it.
Assuming, Tactics Ogre goes for $80, Suikoden for $80, and Suikoden II for $100 (a fairly conservative figure in my opinion), my total comes to $475.
So, yeah, $500 is probably a little high, but I'll keep it at this price for the next day or so just in case I get lucky. After that, I might consider revising the price.
Thanks for the input:)

I have to wonder how likely it is that anyone will buy this? Anyone who is interested in these kind of games enough to pay that sort of money for them probably owns some of those games already, so then the price isn't worth it for them. You basically need someone who wants ALL those games, and has a lot of money.
I may be wrong, but wouldn't it be better to sell them seperately?

I do understand where your figures are coming from now, aesquire, but I'm going to have to agree with tehllama here in that it might be better if you put all the games seperately. I have a passing interest in about half the games in your list, but already own all the Final Fantasies in the collection (or else am not interested - e.g. Final Fantasy Chronicles). Had I the money, patience, and auctioneering skills, I would probably buy the whole set and just repost the ones I own/don't want. But I am made of neither time nor money at this point, unfortunately, so that will probably not happen.

The idea of selling them separately did occur to me, but I didn't relish the thought of setting up/monitoring individual auctions for each game.
If I don't see any action in this auction I'll probably take your advice.

It's funny how Suikoden II is supposedly so rare, yet there are always tons of copies of it floating around on ebay.

It's not that rare. It's just in VERY high demand, which is more often the case with valuable games (unless we're talking pre-crash, where rarity generally is tied to value). In terms of PlayStation games, the truly rare games most people don't care about, like Herc's Adventure, Punky Skunk, Psychic Detective, Starblade Alpha, etc. If you search those games on eBay, you'll normally only get a couple results if any at all.

Pity you're not selling them separately. I would have liked to have secured that copy of Tactics Ogre without the headache of ebay.
