I'm not sure if this is allowed (the ROM was never released in English), but can anyone point me in the general direction of a patched Dragon Quest Monsters: Caravan Heart ROM? Damn hard to find. Thanks.
And no, I don't know how to apply the patch.

Patch is here: www.romhacking.net/trans/1252/Just put the patch (.ips file) and the rom on the same directory. Name them both the same and your VBA emulator will automatically apply the patch.

www.romhacking.net/utils/329/ <-upon installation this will ask if you want to associate patches(.ips files) with the program. if you say yes(or manually do it yourself), all you need to do is double click on the .ips file, find the rom(as a .gba file, not a compressed .zip), click apply and play the game. www.romhacking.net/utils/18/ <- i actually suggest learning to use this if you wish to get into rom translations. looks more complicated than it is. you select "use ips" click on the .ips file, then find the rom, which in this case would really be better served in the same folder as the .ips and this program. the reason i suggest this one is, a lot of snes cases require something be one with a header, usually one added(hint: haven't had an issue saying yes to the questions it asks when you select "add header"), before the patched rom looks right. dos program, but should still come up exactly like the screenshot in xp, if you have that.
