Nice logo. It could be more MSX like, though. The letters in the original logo are connected and anti-aliased.

I couldn't really think of a good way to make the connected letters really work, so I just typed it in a Star Wars font. As for the anti-aliasing, really? I thought it was just because of the bilinear filtering in BlueMSX... =P

Hahaha, I love the new logo. And the other suggestions. So is this now going to be themed-logos?

Here's another logo for possible future use. This time the design is taken from a MSX1 game.

They can all be used, all Kurt needs to do is put a random screenshot script in the html code which will put a different image each time you enter or refresh the page. Here's an example, refresh the page to see the multiple banners: www.vgmuseum.com/end/snes

Alright, I rounded up the logos I had and stuck in that script. Looks to be working pretty well! Thanks all for the contributions!

That is cool. I am missing the alternative texts for the pictures, though.

A bit off topic, but can anyone tell me why is firefox resizing and filtering the screenshots on this site? I haven't found anything on the options to enable/disable that and it only seems to be happening on HG101. Also, pssst guys... there's no limit to how many random images that script can hold, so contribute away

The only shots that are resized/filtered are the high-res images and GB ones - and even then you can view the full one by clicking on them.

On my end all of the screenshots look resized, but only on the actual site. On the forums everything is OK.
I don't know what's going on.

I also use Firefox and everything works fine for me as well. Have you upgraded recently?

Ah ha! That was it. After I updated Firefox the zoom was applied to both the text and images (it used to be just the text).
Thanks!

The hard way. I had to built most letters from scratch, sometimes using small parts of various letters from the original logo. Thanks for the feedback, guys. It means a lot to me. That's how I made a banner for The Third Moon, too. Doesn't look nearly as good as your Metal Slug one, though I did it in good 'ol MS Paint, haha. (Rob/Dire 51 is the owner of T3M)
