So I got my Mushihimesama Futari Stick working great in Snow Leopard (Mac), but where the hell do I even begin in Windows 7? Even though the name comes up as REAL ARCADE PRO. EX when I just plug it in (which is correct!) the default drivers are, of course, a joke and don't respond at all.
So what drivers do I need to grab and where do I get them? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
Just in case, here's all the info on arcade stick (and it's 100 percent correct, since I had to type it in manually to get it to work on the Mac side):
REAL ARCADE PRO. EX Product ID: 0xf504 Vendor ID: 0x1bad Version: 1.00 Serial number: 04C90f0 Manufacturer: HORI CO.,LTD.
Ok, so this has become a Windows troubleshooting question... In Windows 7 how do I make it so I can choose which drivers to install? Even when I install the XBCD drivers (which I got from a tip in another topic) and plug in my controller it still installs the generic, non-working Microsoft drivers. I want to use the XBCD ones. I tried "update drivers" but when I go to the XBCD folder it ignores it and still sticks with the non-working drivers.
And every time I plug in anything it automatically installs a driver, working or not. Is there a way to disable this?
