Yes, another one of these threads. The title speaks for itself...this also includes glitches created using Game Genie and Game Shark codes.
Possibly my favorite glitch ever would have to be in Goldeneye, on the Frigate mission. Turn on the Infinite Ammo and All Weapons cheats and select the tracking bug. Throw it at the chopper (or a wall - preferably a wall, so the mission is failed). Keep throwing tracker bugs at the same place until they start stacking on top of each other. Create a big giant line of tracker bugs that extends across the ship. Then go back to the very beginning of the line and shoot the first bug with a laser. All the other ones stay perfectly attached.
Another one for the Frigate: Equip the Throwing Knives and throw a whole bunch of them off the ship. Eventually you won't be able to hear any sounds at all, because the throwing knives are eating up all the sound channels with that whooshing noise.

Amry Men Sarges Heroes for the N64 is pretty much one giant glitch, especially in mulit-player. Me and my dad would play it for hours just try to screw each other into glitches we found, like in the Sandbox map. There is an area in on of the forts (I don't remember which one) that you always got stuck in and you could never get out until you died. So, we would chase each other with flamthrowers and get randomly stuck until we either killed ourselves or found the other person and destroyed him. And people say the army men games were terrible

In Perfect Dark you could hold the training door open and turn the guy near the door into a pincushion, that was fun.
Also the incredible rare glitch in Soul Reaver that allows you to possess an enemy may be the coolest glitch ever.

There's this one glitch in Mega Man 3, Gemini Man's stage, where you can use a secret mega jump to go through the shield thingy that Protoman breaks before he actually does destroy it. That makes the large mechanical penguins you fight later look REAL fubar.

The Burnout Revenge demo disc that came with Xbox Magazine. I was playing it, and crashed through the ground and entered an infinite clipping respawning and exploding loop. It was quite amusing.

My copy of Ehrgeiz on the PS1 has a bit of a scratch in it that screws with the videos sometimes. Usually it only does this to the point that the audio skips. But in Inoba's ending (where he buys noodles and eats them really fast), this scratch resulted in the first half of this video playing over and over. An infinite loop of Inoba eating noodles. Quite amusing.

Yeah, I have to say that Goldeneye has the best Gameshark glitches ever. I really like the code that allows you to blow up the locked door in the Facility stage of multiplayer. It expands the battlefield greatly and there isn't any glitching, either. No idea why they decied to seal it off.

There were many glitches in Mortal Kombat on the Genny. from zonked out backgrounds to a chop-tastic animation of Johnny Cage "dancing" on your opponent's corpse.

Plenty of amusing Mortal Kombat 2 glitches here: bbh.marpirc.net/mk2/My personal favorite glitch is the warp glitch in The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening. This lead to many funny results such as Octoroks changing into grannies.

I remember Ocarina of Time had some neat glitches on the golden cartridge. Like using certain weapons on Epona, riding Epona without Link on top, floating in the air forever with the Linkshot, and the "Crooked Cartridge" trick where you can leave Deku Village without completing the Deku Tree level.
