I strongly suggest just joining random parties and asking people if they will do it. I got it that way, granted I already had 3 people who wanted to get it that were friends. I had to help a friend get it again later, though, with only 1 person who wanted it that was a friend.
The community in the game generally isn't that bad, and you can send people a text message about it in the middle of a session (very easily if you're on Xbox.com).
