Anyone remember that one 3D harry potter game that was on the internet in the early 2000's that looked like a lot of other VRML games from that era? I feel like I'm the only one who played it, but I know that it was based on the first movie and you had a spell that turned things and people into wood, and a spell that made them jump up and down as well. I remember getting as far as the second level which was on the train (First level was in train station), but it took too long for the 3rd level to load because I think we used DSL back then.
Is that game still avaliable on archive.org, or is it lost forever into the internet ether, never to be recalled again except for my memory?

Trying to remember the names of two games that are either still being developed, released or cancelled. The first I recall is an indie that's an rpg that plays tribute to Chrono Trigger somehow, I believe it's the fighting system. It also is set in a futuristic setting maybe with space stuff. That's all I recall. The second I remember reading about as the cover story in a Game Informer magazine a few years ago. It might have been a Tom Clancey or Call of Duty game or similar. The main topic was about facing terrorism from anti-government groups in the U.S., a topic not really seen in games.

Big Bang Beat. edit: Well what do you know, there's some info and screenshots right here: www.hardcoregaming101.net/bigbangbeat/bigbangbeat.htmNo idea about the first game, but the second could possibly be Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Double Agent, where you go undercover to infiltrate a domestic terrorist organisation called John Brown's Army.

A Flash game I played on Kongregate several years ago, it was sort of a puzzle/management game with isometric perspective, the setting was a zombie apocalypse. You had to manage your weapons/food/stuff units and there were several ways to win the game, for example destroying all the portals that generated the zombies/monsters, finding certain artifacts or getting people to survive to the time limit of one month or whatever. It had a sequel that however had very different and more action-y mechanics, it sucked though and I played that only once or twice.

I have that very issue of Game Informer too.

I'm trying to remember a space combat sim I played as a kid. It was a PC game from '93-95, with a dominantly red color scheme and might've been a sequel. It also had crude CGI cutscenes, in which your character had these huge boxy arms and legs for some reason.

For some reason I was convinced that the name started with A.

I remember playing a flash game on Newgrounds that was a lovecraft inspired point and click game, it had at least one sequel, does anyone remember the name?

When I was a youngin I rented a game from my local library for the old gumdrop shaped iMac my parents had. It was like a sci Fi adventure fame, when I try to think about it I'm almost reminded of System Shock and Must, altho I'm not sure if I'm retroactively putting that on? It would've been a late 90s, early 2000s game. Any ideas?
