Metal Torrent is probably the last of the must-haves DSiWare games. I've bought Legends of Exidia, Castle of Magic, Divergent Shift (Chronos Twins also works as your staple dual-screen sidescroller), and Blayzbloo but I wouldn't necessarily necessarily recommend them outside their niche.

Not a whole lot, really. I bought Shantae and loved it, and then Got March of the Minis and only played it once. Nothing else on DSiWare that I like.

I checked a wiki devoted to video game recommendations, and for reals I didn't even care about the must haves, let alone the rest of the list. vsrecommendedgames.wikia.com/wiki/Nintendo_DSI have heard the multiplayer Zelda is coming to it though, which will finally give most people the option to finally play it multiplayer.

Wait...Super Hero Ogre came stateside?
Also, not sure if you'd like it, but having played and for the most part enjoyed Might and Magic II for the mobile phone, its DSiWare port, Legends of Exidia likely takes care of my main issue: the horrible keypad controls.

Escapee GO! is a sprite based stealth action game that's only $2. Kind of short but challenging.
Art Style: precipice if you like 3D puzzlers. I got it myself 'cause it reminded me a little of Intelligent Qube.
I hear X-Scape is good.
