Another quite decent XBLIG game, Wizorb is an Arkanoid-style brick breaker, styled as a retro RPG. Well worth the $3, though the developers are working on porting it to other platforms (PC, mostly) as well: hg101.kontek.net/wizorb/wizorb.htm

PSN is really missing a huge opportunity here. Far as I'm concerned, XBLIG is what the 360 has over everyone else.

Most XBLIG to me seem lame, boring and a waste of time and money. But this one seems... different somehow. I'll have to try it out and see if it's worth geting.

Dude... XBLIG is like, the best thing EVER. Wizorb is pretty sweet, but it's not even in the top 20 XBLIG games I've played, and it's not from lack of trying. Yeah, there's a lot of shit avatar games and XBLA ripoffs, but there's also a mountain of gems waiting to be discovered if you're willing to invest a little patience and download a lot of demos.
And about PSN... well, PSN has Minis, which doesn't quite have the variety of the XBLIG, but the prices are comparable and some of the games (Flying Hamster, Blast Off, Echoes) are pretty fantastic. PSN also has way better exclusives, like Trine, Flower, Joe Danger, and no doubt the upcoming Journey, which I think makes up for what it's lacking in quality true indie titles.

I said "most" not "all". I found the impossible game to be fun for a while. Though most of the game there i can find of the internet. They just change the title. And make it worse some times. They put up too much crap for me to find the motivation to look through them all. Personally, i'd say they put up one or two ok game(s) out of every 100.

Oh, I love PSN. Wizardry's localization was the surprise of a lifetime, and justified my owning the console. It's just all PSN's best titles are full priced games. We're seriously lacking in awesome budget indie titles.

This is out on the PC now through DD places like GamersGate (no Steam yet.) It's still only $3 and the mouse controls are very nice.
