I was bracing for an elitist "sports games don't count" debate, so your concerns are more than fair...

Bradley Royds was credited in the instruction manual for multiple songs in Smackdown!: Shut Your Mouth. His site (www.bradleyroyds.com/bradley/index.html) shows this game, Wrestlemania XIX, and Raw 2, with a few sample MP3s, none of which are the two songs I put on the list. However, three songs in the SYM instruction manual credited to him aren't on his own site, and the games just list everything as "Original ##," so it's kinda hard to know one way or the other. If it's an issue, just ignore 'em from the final tally: I doubt they'll see multiple votes anyway...

After digging up the credits from No Mercy (www.youtube.com/watch?v=J8apVzzUiBQ#t=7m40s), I've removed it from the list. No "Diggity-Dog" to see here...

Well, it is just a 'special thanks' credit rather than actually listing him as a composer... but I dunno. *sigh* I wish video games would have gotten their act together sooner on properly crediting the artists for their work. Discerning video game nerds want to know!

I've started putting together a list. What do I do about Ocean Loader v2? It was used in many games, and is obviously one of the best SID tunes ever made, so has to be on the list. Do we Put Ocean Loader as the game name?

I also had a question - on the 'no licensed music' rule - what if the tune is an interpretation of a 'real-world' song? Like the title tune for Stryker's Run being a cover of Rydeen by YMO.

I have one of those, too. Yie Ar Kung Fu uses bits of Jarre's Magnetic Fields. Is that okay to choose?
