Happy birthday to me, this is what I'm getting : gp2x.com/product/product.aspFor those of you who haven't discovered it yet, you should get one too, it plays perfect NeoGeo, SNES, Genesis, PCEngine and lower consoles. It also plays, although very slowly still, Playstation, Saturn and Jaguar. If you are a hacking enthusiast, it's a linux system with 2 Arm processors, one of them only for video. Check it here: youtube.com/watch?v=-_NrTS_ut74&search=gp2x

Yeah, those things sound cool. I've read about 'em in Retro Gamer.

I'm going to get a GP2X someday, definitely. Right now I don't have enough money to buy one.

How much does one of these things cost? It's $180 for the system at Lik Sang, but you run emulators, videos, audio, ebooks, software and games on SD cards, so it's additional. I think SD cards go for like $50 for 1 gig on the street, cheaper online of course, plus they have up to 4 gig ones. The screen's resolution is 320 x 240 ( tv's resolution) with 16 million colors, which is perfect for console emulation. It also has tv-out. For more videos of it running, run a search for it on youtube.com

It's so cool the GP32 got enough of a following to warrant this. It really is a cool little device if you love pirating things.
