Nice work, though it would have been nice if you played with the contrast slider when you scanned it in - it's a little difficult to see it.

I don't have a contrast on setting on my scanner. I have one option "Badass"

It's a beautiful job on the shading. My main crit is that I think Fio needs more darks. Not anything too crazy, just enough to make her stand out more. She gets lost, especially compared to the darks in the tank. That tank looks awesome.
