Wow, I didn't know it used to be a division. I know the team (R&D1, I think) used to work for Namco (explains why the early Megaten games were under the Namcot label) but didn't realize they founded Atlus as opposed to just jumping ship. Interesting.

I never would have guessed in a million eons in another parallel universe that Atlus was associated with Namco. But since they both make great games, I do believe it.

I wish there was a site that concentrated on video game trivia/facts like that. Something like arcade-history.com but for consoles.
