Yes.
Crap, Kurt beat me to it, with better info. Anyway, nobody would EVER want to play movies on their PSP would they? Huh?

Depending on how good you are with exploits you can downgrade the firmware to play all region movies, Most of the Jporn is Region Free.
Speaking of PSP Imports
can any one suggest some good ones? I need something different for my PSP

Intelligent Qube has a collection on the PSP that's worth importing. I have Guilty Gear XX # Reload but that is actually coming to the US with some new stuff added (as far as I know they just added the side-scrolling brawl mode from Isuka on PS2). Star Soldier is awesome and I beat the crap out of it. One that I'm planning on getting is Breath of Fire III which has an English version but has to be imported due to it being released UK only (Capcom you are a bunch of jerks). And don't sweat the non-importable movies. UMD's are dying and you can get a 512 or gig memory stick and put anything you want on it in any resolution with the right programs.

the Japanese Guilty Gear Judgement has Guilty Gear Slash the US Judgement has #reload

That doesn't make sense! Or maybe it does, as #Reload got a localisation and Slash didn't...did it?

I also think Slash was an Unnessary upgrade. Order Sol and ABA are kind of difficult to use.
So any PSP owners that want judgement should get the Japanese or Asian (China) version.
Though I do prefer #reload over slash but because I like ABA and her sorta cuteness I'll be importing.
