Having recently bought a few DVDs of UK scan archives from the Zzap store (Mort is a great, trustworthy guy, if you're curious), I've decided I really need to pick up full sets of GameFAN and EGM too (the old EGM of course, for historical research). One gentlemen on this forum PM'd me to offer GameFAN scans, but rather than forever rely on the kindness of others, I thought I should set about just buying an entire archive. I believe both EGM and GameFAN are available on Underground Gamer for free if you can be bothered to set up an account and Torrents. My desire to buy pre-burned DVDs is all about saving time and effort. PayPal funds are waiting - PM me to negotiate. With any luck someone on here already has the full sets downloaded, in which case it's just a matter of burning and posting. Any archives received will be made available for my fellow HG101 writers, to supplement articles, as I'm doing for the unfinished Silpheed feature.

I checked Underground Gamer, and there's not many EGMs. Some scattered early issues, and complete years of some of the later ones (uninteresting ones like 2007/2008) but nothing anything close to comprehensive.
I'm grabbing a Gamefan archive that has the first dozen issues or so, but that's about all I can find.

Excellent, many thanks!
It seems that UG has less EGM archives than RetroMags, though when I check RM it keeps saying all their downloads are dead for the moment. GameFAN you'll only find on places like UG, because Halverson personally demanded RM remove them.
