Don't know if this was mentioned. But here's Battle Storm (NES). You can clearly see Stallone and Chuck Norris:

Probably Eddie Murphy, given how many other games of the time have borrowed his likeness.

So the resemblance is no coincidence.

Beast Busters has Chuck Norris as well, in the form of "Sammy Stately":

I'm certain this image from loriciel's Paragliding Simulation is ripped from Lupin III, though I can't find the appropriate Lumpin pose to directly compare:

Kolibri (32X) cover art used in early Trespasser (PC) build I also posted this on TresCom and Sega-16 2 years ago. A user at Sega-16 recommended I post this here. Not sure if this is "stolen", I'd just like to know more about it. I found a slightly different version of the cover art used for Kolibri (Sega 32X) in early builds of Trespasser (PC). It concerns a painting found in the café bathroom of the InGen Town level. The model is called "PCafeBathRmPtg", and can be found in builds 96, 97, 99, and 103 of the Town level. It was removed in build 116, the retail version. Got some screens: Comparison (Trespasser texture left, Kolibri cover art right) imgur.com/a/JavoMIn-game Trespasser screenshot of Kolibri cover art painting imgur.com/a/QBPhCKolibri painting selected in TresEd imgur.com/a/VbeoiAccording to a friend of mine at the TresCom forums, the painting in the cafe was done by Trespasser developer Marta Reco. When she was in contact with him, she told him she made a painting that was going to or was used in another game. She is supposed to have a different last name now, and he is no longer in contact with her. This might be the painting she mentioned. Kolibri was released in 1995. The earliest Trespasser version that uses the texture dates back from June, 1998. Please note that its removal doesn't necessarily mean anything, lots was changed/removed to make the game more stable and run faster. I was wondering if anyone had any more information on this matter? Marta Reco is not mentioned in the Kolibri credits on SegaRetro. Credits for the art for Kolibri: Graphic Design and Artwork: Zsolt Balogh Additional Artwork: Árpád Balku, András Bakai I'd love to know who made the actual art and why some of its creatures were changed. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

I'd say it's pretty obvious that the Turrican II outro uses the Moebius "derelict" concept from Alien (published in The Book Of Alien 1979). Original drawing: Here's a link to that Alien gallery which, in turn, speculates on where Moebius might have "borrowed" his ideas or instructions from. And here's Turrican II's end screen, on Amiga and C64 respectively:
