Neat. I liked Trapt. Seems like the day is coming where there will be enough games on Vita I'm interested in to pick one up. Glad they didn't go overboard with the women's costumes. (sarcasm )

But the it wouldn't be a Tecmo game worth a damn, why take that away from us? Wonder if this is going to be fine to play for someone who has never played any of the other games in the series, cuz i'm definitely interested in checking it out once I get the chance(or at the least if the PS2 game that was just released on PSN is worth playing first).

I just hope the camera's not as much of a pain in the ass as it was in Dark Delusion...

There's never any real connection between titles, so you'll be fine. Trapt is good, too.

Man, this thing is still 65$ in Canada (that's on the usually lower-priced Amazon, it's 70$ elsewhere).
That's a lot for 'guilty pleasure' gaming...
Speaking of which, the funniest two words I heard about the game: buttcrack tutu.

I just recently learned about this franchise's existence and was planning on picking up IV to try it out. I guess I'll wait?

So is the Guilty Gear iteration syndrome infecting all of Tecmo-Koei's games now and we should just all wait for a year before buying? It's been like this for Dead or Alive, Ninja Gaiden, and the Atelier series...

DOA5 has just been shameless. Base DOA5, a bazillion dollars worth of DLC. DOA5 Ultimate. Another thousand dollars of DLC, and none of the DLC from regular DOA5 is included with Ultimate. Now we get "Final Round". Srsly? There are THAT many people playing DOA5, still?

Yeah I follow someone who's big into DOA5 so I understand that it has an audience but, still, it's been pretty ridiculous. Like this is maybe the first DoA I tried to get into (I liked the graphics significantly more than its past games for one thing) but all these multiple versions are pushing me out. It also made me somewhat thankful that I held out on buying Deception IV (which I got close to doing when I saw it on bargain bin last week).

I don't know if I should be annoyed with Tecmo for doing this or mad at myself for not seeing this coming. It really is kind of ridiculous. Then again, I never cared much for the challenge/creativity aspect of Deception so maybe I won't miss out on much.
