the third game has a cutscene where the characters complain about fighting the same boss for the 3rd time in the whole game, i'm not sure i would call "better" a game that is self aware of how bad it is It's all relative - AIDS is better than kuru, I think. Speaking of which, I wonder if Japan has anthropomorphized AIDS yet.

while there is a boss called copypaste which you do fight multiple times, the boss in the cutscene in question is actualy called mr.badd did i mention that's not even the last time you have to fight him and that you actualy fight him 4 times? did i mention you also fight copypaste 3 times? did i mention that each boss fight is preceded by a 5-7 minute cutscene that you can't skip and are forced to rewatch if you die? (but you can speed up so that it only takes 2 minute of watching text flying really fast!) did i mention that boss hit so hard that is possible to have a fight last less than the cutscene that precede it and that is pretty much impossible to have your whole party alive for the whole fight so that you are forced to leave your weaker member to play bait and die and resurrect over and over to have a chance? did i mention that there are DLC weapon and armors that are stronger than anything else you can actualy get by playing the whole game? did i mention that dungeons get reused multipled time AND also are completly ripped off from previous game? the fact that this series has become a succesfull franchise bring me despair to my poor heart, if there is a modern game that fit the definition of kusoge it's this one and i'll never get tired of people ripping it off a new one

The Neptunia series ONLY sells because of waifu obsession and game nerd in-jokes. I've never seen anyone even attempt to seriously defend its game design. Mugen Souls is also a tremendous POS, it's pretty much the same thing, except that it's trying way too hard to look like a Nippon Ichi game.
Wasn't there an arcade version of Muscle March?
Also, may I recommend Time and Eternity for a future YWK entry? It's pretty much Virtual Hydlide HD.

Wasn't there an arcade version of Muscle March? According to Wikipedia and interviews, it was created and shelved years before the WiiWare release. The motion controls are a conversion of the dual joystick setup they had planned. They sold the game for 800 Points in Japan but knocked it down to 500 elsewhere.

Japanese gay men really seem to love big muscles don't they? It's more the stereotype there. Japan's public view/shorthand on homosexual men leans more for the burlier, leather bar variety than ours leaning more on the effeminate. It sorta fuels part of the reason why Zangief from Street Fighter might be gay, since it fits the Japanese perception. Funny enough, Eagle is outright stated as gay and doesn't match the stereotype, though he is based on Freddie Mercury.

Speaking of that second example, even as a kid I never found that scene funny, as it basically boils down to grown man acting like he's got the hots for an eight year old kid. Never understood how anyone found that comedic.

I have T.R.A.G. in my backlog, but if you want new pictures it'll have to wait until I own a 360 controller to play these games on an emulator better.
