Yeah, most capcom beat-em-ups are solid. Some of these are CPS2 ones, hope that isn't an issue:
-Armored Warriors (A mech-based brawler) -Battle Circuit (An awesome but not that well known futuristic beat-em-up) -Cadillacs and dinosaurs (One of my favorite beat-em-ups of all times. Based on a comic) -Captain Commando (A campy classic) -Dungeons and Dragons: Shadow of Mystara and Dungeons and Dragons: Tower of Doom (Based on the well known board game featuring light RPG elements) -Warriors of Fate (Based on Romance of the Three Kingdoms, sequel to the original Dynasty Wars which I'm not too found of)

Good ones? Try all of them. ;D
Necro mentioned some good ones... I can't think of any others that come to mind, though. I can't help but think that there's at least one more...

Unrelated, but Cadallacs and Dinosaurs SUCKED for the Sega CD.
Continue discussing about Capcom CPS beat-em-ups.
EDIT: Didn't see it earlier, but necromaniac mentioned Armored Warriors. That is a great beat-em-up and if you liked the game you should try it's fighter genre sequel, Cyberbots: Fullmetal Madness.

yeah Cadallacs and Dinosaurs for Sega cd was nothing like the arcade one which really disapointed me because they could of came out with the arcade one just like Final Fight. and Cadallacs and Dinosaurs is also my fav. beat em up. It was so insane, and surprisingly long. I know its not a capcom beat em' up but gekido for playstation is also good.

Armored Bots is awesome because you get so many different robot parts, and Battle Circut is great because you purchase quite a decent movelist.
Thought I'm mention Tatios Gladiator which is not really a 2.5d fighter but quite cool and unique. And the Sengoku series because they're all superb.

500!
So they made C&D for the Sega CD eh?
did not know that.
Obviously nobody's mentioned final fight, which I think is next to maybe Streets of Rage the King of All Beat em ups

Not a CPS game, but have you guys tried Gekido for GBA? I bet it will blow you away since it looks like a Neo-Geo or CPS title, that's until you play a little into it...

Goddammit. I almost bought the PSOne Gekido but then didn't at the last minute because the store clerks were incompetant and the kids in front of me were annoying. I really didn't know if it was any good. I then wrote a review of Kingdom Hearts 2 regarding the whole experience.
....don't ask.
