This could go well. I'll definitely give it a chance.

Well maybe this will mean a new video game as well. None of the classic series titles look appealing to the typical target demography of a cartoon, and it'd be pretty stupid to have nothing to capitalize of that exposure.
Inbefore Sonic Boom 2.

I'm curious to see how this goes! It's been forever since I watched the '90s Mega Man cartoon, but I remember it alternating from some pretty awesome episodes to having some pretty cringeworthy episodes too.
but most of all I want Legends 3 D: and/or another classic or X series game

Did Man of Action ever put out anything that wasn't dudebro tripe? Not that I know of. Ultimate Spider-Man is by and large fucking awful, and Avengers Assemble is about ten times worse. They get work because they do it cheap.

That's mostly how I recall the Ruby Spears show; it wasn't outright bad so much as just wildly inconsistent. You'd go from decent episodes like the one where Protoman switches sides to just awful episodes like where Dr. Wily "devolves" all the robots into Neanderthal robots.

You know I really wish they had made the original show more like its opening than making it all American with the more muscular looking robots in the final product. Still it looked better then the designs for Captain N.

Inbefore Sonic Boom 2.Good point. I never thought it that way. Still it will be mostly a F2P runner action game for smartphones...and maybe a browser game at the official site of the cartoon. You know I really wish they had made the original show more like its opening than making it all American with the more muscular looking robots in the final product. Still it looked better then the designs for Captain N. Yeah, many cartoon series at the '80s and '90s had kickass opening but the animation quality of the actual show was much inferior (see the old Thundercats and TMNT).

I just hope they won't redesign the characters and make a new game based off that. And this is not a Sonic Boom-type fear, although it certainly doesn't help.

I never did understand what happened to Knuckles... or why they had scarves.) Only if it gets popular, which I only see maybe happening if it's a kids show. Otherwise I can't imagine Capcom deciding to finally pull MegaMan outta the dumpster for this.

From the PR:
"The 1990s Mega Man TV series was cool and different than other series targeted at kids during that time," said Rouleau. "It featured great action, but also brought the laughs. Mega Man is a character that is even more relevant for today’s kids"
Yeah, no, obviously.
EDIT: Apparentely Capcom hired a new MegaMan producer.
