I always have this weird feeling at when Im at the PC doing something. There is always this weird feeling that I should be playing a game and it always makes me really jittery. And then when I start playing something it starts again and it's like I'm doing something wrong or playing the wrong game.
HOW DO I STOP IT?

Try playing Stubbs the Zombie or Zone Of the Enders 2.

It's called addiction.

I'd actually call it a bit of both, it's like being addicted but at the same time being bored of all that's offered atm.
I believe your best bet is to go cold turkey on games (as I think Shellshock is implying) or play a really differet/out there game which is why I suggested the two I did.

I LOVE REZ.
But I have an idea for you... try either developing a skill, or a creative outlet. It can be gaming related even. Try drawing some fanart, or practice a fighting style or a musical instrument, based on a game you love. It may sound incredibly dorky... and yeah it kind of is... but you'll have something to show for it in the end. If you love sword fighting... buy a flea market katana and pick up a book. If you like pong... try getting into ping pong. Cooking even. You could learn a programming language and try making a game of your own. This will cut down on the feeling that you should be playing a game, and will give you a satisfying feeling that you should be developing your skill, or working on your project. It's more satisfying this way because you feel a greater sense of accomplishment and you have something to show off in the end. Don't go overboard... don't pretend you're an expert in one day... and for christ's sake try to avoid internet message boards and stuff like that because it may give you that "why should I bother" feeling. Just focus your free time and stay focused.
So tell me... what interests do you currently have besides games? There must be something.

Get a job in video game journalism. Then you won't want to play games anymore.

You aught to show us some of your sprites. I think we should all show our talents more here on this board, that way, if there's a talented genius among us... we'll know. Or if sombody wants to get involved in something, they know who to go to for tips and advice. But in any case, is doing pixel art working? Or does it just make you want to play even more games, to compare your sprites with those of the real thing?

I think I've had this problem before too. It's a weird mix of addiction and burnout.
What I find to be the case often is that there's one game in particular I want to play, or one specific style of game that I'm looking for, but that I just plain don't have access to. So I find something else, and say "this should work just as well," but it doesn't.
Also, if you've had a large intake of sugar (snacking and drinking soda) that could be a part of the problem too.

It's weird because I can play any games for a console for hours on end, It only happens when I'm on a PC. If I start playing something like NWN2 or 2142 it completely goes away
