I have only played SaGa Frontier 2. It's a good game, but it's irritating to see all your favorite characters dying one after other. SF2 is famous for having an almost impossible to win war battle near the end.

Not true. We also got Unlimited Saga in a nice digipack with the FFX to X-2 connection movie on a second DVD (to make sure it at least sells a hand full of copies I guess). Which is the only SaGa I own and ever played. I'm with the crowd that "doesn't get" the game, I guess. Too many things are just too different and too badly explained - if at all. Coupled with the random luck of that Reel System... "It requires much more effort than it's worth" pretty much sums up my experience with Unlimited Saga, or raither said "it requires much more effort than I'm willing to put into".
Nevertheless, an interesting read.

I suppose we got the final fantasy adventures as well. But it hardly makes up for all the RPG's we never saw.

Darn, although it sounded sexiful. I hope AGTP does the job sometime soon, and by the looks of it Live-A-L ive was done by the same dude... Is it the real?

This article brings back memories of Saga Frontier 1 in middle school.
That said, anyone know where I can find a copy of English Saga Frontier 1? I lost my copy years ago...

But seriously. AGTP is quite a bit different from other translation groups, they usually outsource most of the work, and last I knew they didn't have anyone willing to work on it. A man can dream, though.

I saw Austin Powers lightyears ago, I'm just to cool for school.
That's a shame, as it's only 2 that are missing then... Well all in due time (or not).

I played a bit of the translation of RS3 last night, and when I got to an inn, all the text was a whole bunch of weird fractions. Is there a more complete translation of the game, or is this it?

Aren't there two translations? And isn't one of them a buggy mess?
