Is there a certain time IRC is busier around? Typically between 23:00 GMT and 13:00 GMT (evening to early morning US Central time). Even during the weekend it's pretty dead during the rest of the day. |

If you're going to ban evade, the answer is an automatic no. Ban evades are never cool.

Your ip was slightly changed. Your old one was still in the ban list. When I compared, they were almost exactly the same. A slight IP change does not a ban evade permission give make.
