There is still a message to Kurt on Retsu's portrait in the Street Fighter 1 section.

Here's some mistakes I found:* The box cover for International Karate used in page 3 is actually of Commodore 64/128 version, as seen from the sticker (reads: CBM 64/128 version). Otherwise it's the same cover as used with ZX Spectrum, Atari ST and Amstrad CPC versions. * Screenshot "uchimata-3.png" in page 3 is from the Amstrad CPC version of Brian Jack's Uchi Mata, and not Commodore 64. * Screenshot "uchimata-4.png" in page 3 is from the ZX Spectrum version of Brian Jack's Uchi Mata, and not Commodore 64. Also, here's a screenshot from the gameplay of ZX Spectrum version of Uchi Mata, if needed.

Hey ZZZ,
I'm not sure what this means: "Karate Champ is kind of like the Virtua Fighter to Yie Ar Kung-Fu's Street Fighter II. Or vise versa." Also, it is "vice versa" with a "c".
Another one: "Yuki will regain health slowly by resting. This mean that is it wise to jump around like a maniac while fighting bosses to regain lost health."

Very nice to see this "go live". Thanks for putting this up. By the way, if anybody is interested in playing these games, do not let the comment that "Most of the games listed within are, honestly, quite bad." deter you from doing so. That was not my comment. Yes many of them are pretty bad, but I would not say most. A slight majority of these games are at least ok and several of them are fantastic. Hey ZZZ, I'm not sure what this means: "Karate Champ is kind of like the Virtua Fighter to Yie Ar Kung-Fu's Street Fighter II. Or vise versa." Also, it is "vice versa" with a "c". It means that they are both massively influential genre defining games. The effect that SFII and VF had on the genre during the 1990's could be compared to the effect that YAKF and KC had on the genre during the 1980's.

Oh, I changed the comment to "many". At least many of the bad ones are still pretty enjoyable. (Violence Fight)

It's still there. Second to last paragraph of the intro, second to last sentence.

Oh. Oops. I fixed the HTML but I forget to reupload it. Done now though. Not going to mention the fighter mode in Fist 2? Another one: "Yuki will regain health slowly by resting. This mean that is it wise to jump around like a maniac while fighting bosses to regain lost health." While your character in that game is not attacking, she will slowly regain health. So I was recommending that people jump around constantly during boss fights because the game is essentially impossible.

I added that in, it's just part of the text.

I interpreted it like there was a way to rest, so it didn't make sense to be resting and jumping during boss fights at the same time. Man I'm stupid....

I loved Street Smart in the Arcades, back in the days but two player modes kinda sucks, after each round you have to fight player2 and the loser has to throw in another coin -_-

Do you think the dude from Street Smart is a young Takuma Sakazaki... or at least could be?
Alot of the dude's animations are the same... looks like him... and he might have worn orange like Ryo when he was younger. Maybe Street Smart is how he created Kyokugenryu.

That's the word on the street, but it doesn't convince me personally. That Street Smart character does have however a move that looks exactly like Kyokugenryu's Zanretsuken.
