It's essentially the same game. I think the voice-acting is better in the PS2/PC/Xbox version (though the PSP version's voice-acting isn't bad by any means!), and there aren't any issues with jerky framerate like in the PSP version... but for the most part, they're the same game. It'd be like asking if you should buy the PC or PS2 version of Zwei!! - yes, the PC version is marginally better, but the two are so close that it really doesn't matter either way.
It pretty much all depends on whether or not you care about hearing the "classic" voice-acting for the game.

The new guy is fine in the role. And if you don't know what you're missing, then you probably won't miss it. (: But yeah, overall, I agree.
