Though British, I also have to chime in for the late and great Tony Jay. He was always distinctive, especially in the Kain games, his work in King's Quest VI, and so on (though really, I'll always remember him as Megabyte on Reboot).
I'll second the props for the other two stars of the Kain series, as well as Blum, David Hayter, and also John Truitt. That voice was perfect for Ghaleon and really added a lot to the Working Designs releases of Lunar.
