I bought a bunch of movies, a CD, and a book. Firefly: The Complete Series (Blu Ray) Serenity (Blu Ray) Fist of the North Star movie (DVD) Hot Fuzz (DVD) (I own this on Blu Ray already, but I want to watch it with my friend at her house, and she doesn't have a blu ray player. Hot Fuzz is my favorite movie of all time and it was just $6, so the cost is worth it to me) The Lost Skeleton of Cadavra (DVD) Weekend at Bernie's (DVD) Out of those, the only thing I haven't yet seen is Fist of the North Star. I've heard great things about it though; I hope I enjoy it My other purchases include: Aura Noir: Deep Tracts of Hell (CD) (I fucking love the song Blood Unity on Fenriz's old school black metal compilation, so it's about time I bought the album it's from. It's so hard to find though; it must be out of print. Not a single copy was on ebay, and the cheapest one on Amazon was $20) Worlds of Power: Blaster Master (book) (it's canon, I just beat the game, and I'm curious, so I bought it)

I went to Amoeba Music for the first time in years, and bought myself some stuff The Boondocks - The Complete First Season (been wanting this for forever! Every single time I watch The Boondocks makes me crack up, though I never owned one of the seasons before now) The Simpsons - The Complete First Season (this'll be nice to have; I used to really like the Simpsons in middle school, but then I got burnt out on the series and have barely seen anything from it for almost a decade. It'll be nice to check it out again, from the beginning) Cardcaptor Sakura - The Clow (Vol. 1) (I own this on VHS, but I wanted to have my own copy on DVD) Destruction: Day of Reckoning (the only music I purchased; I had a few others CDs in my hand, but since the last couple CDs I've bought I haven't even opened, I thought getting more than one CD on this visit would be wasteful)

Also killer croc is just a big black guy with ashy skin.

I like that version of Killer Croc, and the Riddler design in that I found interesting, Harley was a tad bit too risque, but I did like that her silent nature. And Joker just came off a bit too Heath Ledgery. I really preferred his other book, Lex Luthor: Man of Steel to this.

Channeling the spirit of Chairman Kaga...If memory serves, the Joker TPB was actually written around the same time as The Dark Knight film, so the similarities between those versions of the character are coincidental.

I just ordered a disc of Adult Swim cartoon pilots, for the sole purpose of being able to own Korgoth of Barbaria.

Is that the one from like three years ago where he gets out of jail and does all sorts of drugs? Pretty sure, yeah. I'm still finishing reading the Fables volumes I've picked up but it's definitely at least a few years old and he is out of jail. I got that much out of reading the blurb when first flipping through it. Sage hoodie (back is even cooler) along with a pack of two Sage Francis live mix/compilation cheap cd's, some stickers and what I think is magnets. Everything but the sweater came in a $18 pack.. might have even been $11. Pretty cheap. And a little santa hat Strange Famous Record button/pin. + amp I also FINALLY finished all my xmas shopping. I broke down looking for different gift ideas for my dad and got his gift at the book store like usual. Also picked up a rubrix cube, groceries and took Sonic to the vet and got him some medicine he needed. Busy day, lot of driving around and xmas prep. I just need wrapping paper now, and a few things to make an appetizer I got asked to make. phew

Picked up the novelisations of Ys: The Vanished Omen and Sorcerian second hand the other day. Ys was suprisingly difficult to find.
