Like I said, for now it's DMC4, new Gradius, Suikoden 6, Makai Wars, new Shin Megami Tensei, Virtua Fighter 5 and Lair which is very nice.
I'm sure the PS3 will have strong support from Namco, Capcom, Konami, Atlus, Nippon Ichi and more good japanese devolopers.
BTW I don't like MGS either and that's why I'm not including it.

Why do I have a feeling DMC won't stay on The Playstation much longer and Why is that here is the only place I hear about this new fabled Gradius?

"Ehhh" is my whole statment on the topic of new consoles. I'll wait and by whatever ones have the games I want to play. I'd also wait for a price drop on some of them I don't think I would want to pay more then 200 for a system unless it had some game I just absoultly %^$ing had to play.

I wouldn't be surprised though if Sega went to port their latest After Burner to the PS3, what with the Lindbergh making that oh so easy.

From what I had heard, supposedly VF5 will be omgbeautiful Sega arcade game only ported to the PS3 and that stuff like House of the Dead 4, Afterburner, etc. will make it to the 360 or both.

Depending on Sales VF5 may be 360 bound too.

Well, since VF5 is strongest in Japan where as the 360 is not, chances are if sales fail on PS3 I doubt they'd bother since to my knowledge Virtual Fighter hasn't been that popular with the larger markets outside of Japan (ie the casual games etc).

Has anyone heard how VF5 is doing in Japan? I've heard rumors that it isn't doing well at all... in fact, I've heard that there are a lot of glitches and unbalances in VF5 so that players are just sticking with VF4. Has anyone heard anything that backs this up?

Dead Rising is incentive enough for me. ;D
However, my guidelines want there to be at least three killer apps for a system before I snag it...

...I really don't like the phrase "killer apps." It's way over used.
