And what's the best version of Snatcher to play, anyway? You might wanna check HG101 extensive article on that, with detailed version comparisons.

Would a nice games title logo above the articles(as before) proof to be a better alternative, than a cropped random piece of the screenshot, i wonder?

Raiden IV:OverKill (PC) In order to get high "overkill" bonuses, you have to keep the blue laser all the time, which sounds like an instant suicide in some stages. In the process of ships being overkilled, they shield your fire towards enemies. Looped it once for a complete ending.

The "Knights" list is growing rapidly: we've got Shovel Knight, Plague Knight, Specter Knight, King Knight, Hollow Knight and Bulky Knight. The question is - how many more knights do we need?

It might happen, that it's the only Ace Combat game in VR.

I'm not exactly apathetic towards 80's pop culture influenced games, you know, things like Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon and the like. Currently playing Neon Drive and having a fun ride, good synthwave compositions helps a lot too. I suggest playing the free smartphone pinball game Pin Out, it has all those things. Game looks interesting! Wish i had a smartphone..

Looks mesmerizing, more games could use that!

I wanted to like Manhattan Project but I remember there was something that turned me off with it. Didn't it put you back at the beginning of the level when you die, or use a credit? I always felt that was a horrible mechanic for beat'-em-ups. Some stages has a mid-boss and you usually start after that, if you've used a credit. Anyway, the game's only got 2 difficulty levels: Easy & Normal, so com'on ! I 1cc'ed it not long ago, because i felt it's pretty doable, w/o much self-torture. One of the better balanced games on the NES for sure.

Has Devil May Cry 2 ever found its place under the Sun? Interestingly enough for me, my introduction to the series was exactly DMC 2. I went back and completed the 1st game after that, but at the time i couldn't really tell if the predecessor was a better game;Surely it had a darker tone, but i thought i liked the sequel just a bit more actually . I guess it just didn't click with majority of people for some subjective reasons, even though the production values were pretty spot on and it's a bigger game overall, still..

Mr. X and Nemesis is what I was going to compare it to, honestly if anything I wish the game had more chase sequences. The effort was made to improve the concept with Lisa and 'One Dangerous Zombie' mode in RE Remake, but it felt pretty scripted anyway. Is that the case with Baker still?

First game beaten on the NT Mini! For anyone who might be curious, jump kicks are still the road to victory, even after 27 years. It's nice they 'nerfed' that in the 3rd, but then added the almighty 'stab & toss' move to keep things fresh.

*EDIT: I'll hold off on claiming Shaq. I'll need to beat duel mode with 6 more characters. No worries, lead a year! Help the others in the meantime!
