I'm probably one of the only ones out there who really, really loves the Tekken Tag Tournament PS2 OST. Especially Yoshimitsu's theme. I love that electronic voice that says "NO EYES, NO EARS, NO NOSE..." ect. That song's pretty damn cool, actually. I also like the discotheque style of Xiaoyu's carnival stage. Oh, and Hwoarang's stage music is just outright bitching.

Hwoarang is outright bitching so he deserves music to compliment that right?

I have listened to that soundtrack many many times. Lie(Lei?) and Ogre's themes are some of my faves.

Oh, also, I consider the Baroque OST (the original PS1/Saturn version, not the PS2/Wii remake) to be pretty much the greatest OST ever.

I really like the Megaman X 3 soundtrack, but most people don't like it.
Blizzard Buffalo has a great tune.

I may be the only one who likes a select few of KOF Maximum Impact 2's soundtrack. "Luck with the spin of a statue" was especially my most favorite because nobody gives enough love to songs that remind me of my birth country. But you know what, people said it was shit and I was a moron to have ever listened to it, so fuck them. I may also be one of the few who likes Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec's soundtrack, but in this game's case, it may be because not a lot of people got beyond the licensed tracks and the Lenny Kravitz remix song (which i did) and listened to Daiki Kasho's few tracks made especially for the game. "Obscure", (sic) "Glowl", "Strike Breaker" and "Mirage" were my favorites. All of them had this badass percussive and guitar work that made it sound like both a race and a Tekken-style fistfight.

Castlevania Harmony of Dissonance =) I'm down with that one too. I got this personal belief that Resident Evil 0 has some of the best music in the series. And it's not b/c I stayed starstruck with the hyper techno opening of the game, but from the symphony on the facility you run around at right after you get off the train, to when you encounter the leech zombies, and then through round 2 against Beta Tyrant. All of that real good.

LOL I think I'm the only one who likes Cibo Matto's 'Birthday Cake' on Jet Set Radio Future. Come to think of it, I think I'm the only person who likes the Future soundtrack just as much as Jet Grind's soundtrack. Except for Bis. But hey, it could've been worse! If America added Rob Zombie and a couple of really stupid nu-metal people on Jet Grind, they could've added No Doubt on Future but they didn't!

Thinking about it, all my favourite JSR tracks are from Future, I just don't like the original OST as much. Nobody seems to mention the Monster Hunter soundtracks enough - some great tracks there that really enhance the mood, and I'm a complete sucker for ambience too.

I haven't ever participated on this particular board before, but this topic caught my eye, so I think now's a good time to start. I seem to be the only one who really enjoys the Ys: The Oath in Felghana Super Arrange Version. Like, I consider it one of Falcom's better Super Arrange Versions (as I often end up not liking their SAVs), and while it's not as good as the OST, it's still an excellent album that I listen to quite often. I especially like the vocal themes, considering "Premonition -I Suddenly Recall-" to be one of Falcom's best "rock ballad" songs EVER (whenever I burn a custom mix of Falcom music, that song is ALWAYS on there!). I also really enjoy the Ys Origin soundtrack - almost every song on it - which a lot of people seem to hate. Aside from those two, though, I can't think of any others off-hand that are typically hated or disliked that I really enjoy. But I'm sure there ARE more. (: -Tom

I cant find the band names or anything since I sold it like 8 years ago, but Scud: the Disposable Assassin (Sega Saturn) has the best soundtrack I have ever heard for its genre. Do any of you guys have this, cause if you can let me know the bands and maybe even get the soundtrack, tha'd be pretty much mega-bonus. Thanx!
