Metal fans in general.
Man I dunno, I'm just really shallow. Being born and raised into a culture where hip hop and electronica is more acceptable doesn't help. The few who listen to metal here make me feel as though I suffer from one of those eating disorders some girls develop b/c one of their family members looks scary.
( They also all go to the same shitty "art school" in my neighborhood. You wanna know what their ultimate goals are once they graduate?! Make annoying theater ads for that school! )

GameTrailers has a new interview up with the producer of Splatterhouse: Blood Equals Power Interview HD. No new gameplay is featured but Dan Tovar explains some of the game mechanics and how blood will be used to power your character.

What Dan told me in Worcester, both before, during and after playing the demo, he repeated almost word-for-word in this video. Having seen the blood feature in action, I can confirm that's how it works.

Nah Errol I'm mad as Hell!
First we have to put up with these bullshit RIAA anti-piracy ads starring a family of annoying Mexicans about an irresponsible matriarch telling her kids what she bought and the price their morals will pay before the movie starts and now this!
I miss those cigarette ads, the 'I feel good!' ones. How come that got pulled out of theaters? Those were great!

Presenting a new article on West Mansion: "Deconstructing 'Blood Thrash'." In it, I take apart the recent "Blood Thrash" trailer and showcase some of the more interesting elements, the stuff that flashes by so quickly in the trailer that you only get the slightest glimpse of it. Enjoy! splatterhouse.kontek.net/bloodthrash.html

Awesome new storyline-themed trailer and preview from IGN: ps3.ign.com/articles/109/1095369p1.html - Biggy Man appearance ahoy! Here's proof that Rick is not in fact "John Cena in a Halloween mask." I am so utterly sick of seeing this comment repeated across the internet. I'm so sick of it that I want to be able to to reach into the PC and smack every single person I see that posts it. In the trailer, you see Rick as he normally is. Those aren't shorts he's wearing, they're what's left of his pants.

YES! I was totally looking forward to seeing what they looked like. And Biggy, and the 2d sections! As for the "shorts", I hate to admit it but the first time I saw Rick's new design the torn jeans and sneakers made me think of the "Giant Meatwad" from the Aqua Teen movie . Thanks for posting this!

Is that Jim Cummings doing the Mask's voice? Good to see he's still getting work. Although, to be perfectly honest, he sounds like he's doing his 'Pete' voice, when his 'SatAM Robotnik' voice would be an almost natural fit.
By the way, I think a couple of those videos are repeats, unless I'm mistaken.

Yeah, that's Jim Cummings. And yeah, there's some repeat footage in there, but fortunately there's just enough new stuff to balance it out. Also, there's this interview w/ Dan Tovar on GameSpot (12:04) which is the definitive E3 Splatterhouse video, as far as I'm concerned.

This thread was going to be bumped the minute I got some genuinely new info, so I'm not concerned. Love that rendition of "Cosmos," and the interview's good too, although not really anything new is brought up in it. But here, check this new merch out: PosterShirtTen points to the first person that can tell me where the warning on the shirt originated.
