Last Remnant is pretty good although the 360 version is laughably terrible. The game crawls at all times and you have very little control over your actual party members; the PC version fixes all of these problems and makes for a great game, just like the PS3 version would have if it were ever released.
They also published Nier so maybe that counts?

ff12, crisis core, third birthday (is okay), twewy, 4 heroes of light, Dragon Quest VI, and i'm sure there are many others but ultimately this is entirely subjective, i can say these games are 'good' as much as i want and it's likely that most of the userbase will disagree either partially or wholly i can certainly get behind that some of the games have no 'soul' (which is a pretty nebulous concept) but there's certainly a lot that went in them, and even in games like ff12 you can feel the amount of love that the developers put in the game. Well, I've learned to long stop caring what this board has to say about SE games. That's ok. We learned to long stop caring about your opinions on games in general. and i'm not saying either of you are particularly in the right here, but that's just mean spirited negativity and that kind of closed off attitude towards each others opinions makes you sound like a group of old men grumbling, and really drives a wedge between any functioning community |

The World Ends With You and the Kingdom Hearts series are favorites of mine, as well as Dissidia and FFXII's DS spinoff.
Didn't care for Lords of Arcana demo, though, and The 3rd Birthday is both a cover shooter and literally the only one where the dialogue in the trailers made me cringe, so I skipped on both.

I've had The World Ends With You for maybe two years now and haven't really done anything with it. It looks pretty good, but I can't know for sure without putting some time into it. Revenant Wings, though...Ouch.

Eh, I just sort of like "Hero" based RTS games, like Freedom Force and Dawn of War II.
TEWEWY is just my favorite handheld RPG period, though.

lol mazinsaga on a high horse about social commentary my horse can be as high as i want it to be; they weren't even debating on whether or not square enix has made any good games, they were discounting each others opinions purely because they thought the others persons was shitty and wrong. also i really want to know what square enix's stick up their ass is about not localizing obviously good games, or not letting other companies do the job either. dragon egg knights failed to be localized, and so was blood of bahamut oh hey, she spoiled it? i would've thought it being a prequel to FF7 starring zack it kind of would have been implied :B |

In any case I'm interested in how this turns out, it looks pretty slick and if it plays like a faster version of FF7CC then thats just peachy.

He gets killed differently in Crisis Core. Honestly, you can't be surprised by a retcon, at this point.
